About The Event

Bosco Codenza is a competitive programming event. Teams bring their own laptops and solve real-world programming problems using Java or Python, competing on user-friendliness, validation, documentation, and execution quality.

Rules & Regulations

  1. Duration: 3 hours.
  2. Participants will have to bring their own laptops.
  3. Programming languages allowed: Java and Python.
  4. Topics for the competition will be provided at the venue.
  5. Data structures / recursive functions / library functions can be used.
  6. Code must be well documented. Variable names must be mnemonics and meaningful.
  7. If the judges find that the code has been copied or downloaded, the participating school will be disqualified.
  8. Marking will be done on the following points:
    • i. User-friendliness
    • ii. Validation checks
    • iii. Documentation (remarks) and clarity of the program
    • iv. Execution
